Prototype Update 49-2

Mostly a cosmetic and bug fixing update this time.

Change log:

• An actual main menu
• Glowy bits
• New graphics for three enemies
• Transition effects
• Rune animation and pickup sfx
• Various sound adjustments and fixes
• Radar performance issue fixed
• Hopefully impossible to get out of bounds now
• Animation timing fix
• Tweaked UI
• New map graphics
• Various small bug fixes
• New rendering system for some static objects - better performance
• A new gun gfx
• The game will try to catch exceptions now, so hopefully no more logs full of spam
