Update 51: Blood and steam

Well the new blood effects snuck in with an earlier bugfix update, but the game is more visceral than before. Other than that there is a new type of map node to encounter with a few special type of levels. Non-comprehensive changelog below, I should really get better at writing changes down I suppose.

• More blood
• Fixed a crash on startup for some machines
• New map node - Unknown
• Some special types of levels
• Option to change crosshair size
• One new enemy type
• 5 new guns
• Imps stick together more again
• Changing to an empty gun will start to reload it as well
• Shield gun gfx better reflect its area of effect now
• Objectives are larger on the radar
• Other various bugfixes and balance changes
